1st Nicklaus South America Cup: April 9-12

Nicklaus Design and Chapelco Golf & Resort invite you to participate in the First Edition of the “Nicklaus South America Cup”, the event that brings together the partners of the courses designed by the prestigious firm throughout the region.

From Thursday, April 9th to Sunday, April 12th, a unique opportunity to meet, compete and celebrate the spirit that unites them.

SCHEDULE

09/04: Practice day and welcome dinner

10/04: Four Ball Scramble

11/04: Medal Play 18 Holes Individual

12/04: "Best Ball" Tournament, closing ceremony and awards presentation

CATEGORIES AND NUMBER OF TEAMS

The Championship will be contested in 5 categories, one for Ladies and four for Gentlemen.

The Ladies Category will be Unique, Red Tee up to 54 index.

The Men's Category will be divided into:

1. Golden Tee up to 9.9 (index)

2. Blue Tee from 10 to 16.9 (index)

3. Tee Blanco from 17 to 24.9 (index)

4. Tee Verde from 25 to 54 (index)

Each category will consist of a maximum of 4 players.

Each participating club presents a representative team comprised of men and women who must be members of the participating club. Each institution decides how its members qualify to form the representative team.

Each participating club has the power to organize internally for the selection of the players who will make up the representative team.

• The best card of the two days is counted

Happy 20th Anniversary Chapelco Golf & Resort

It's been 20 years since the inauguration of Chapelco Golf & Resort, a project that marked a turning point for golf and tourism-real estate development in Patagonia by becoming the first golf course in South America designed by Jack Nicklaus' company.
